A Revocable Grantor Trust, also called a Living Trust, is a legal document, created while you're still alive, that specifies what becomes of your assets and property after your death. A revocable grantor trust allows you to name beneficiaries for property while avoiding probate costs. If circumstances change, a revocable grantor trust can be revised.
